On days that are especially hard I look at pictures of my kids and remind myself that it's okay to have a bad day and I am making a difference in their lives, but man, oh man how I could use a couple hours to myself...and maybe an extra couple hundred bucks to go shopping...ahhh, I'll daydream about it!
It also helps to watch them while they're SLEEPING, they look so angelic then. :)

ReplyDeleteI agree. I can't be angry with a sleeping child to look at. They are so peaceful. If you every find a couple of free hours (and some spare cash, ha, ha) Let me know and we can go together.

It's ok to have a bad day it helps you appreciate the really good ones. Hang in there, the work of a mother is hard! Good thind kids are so resiliant!
