It's almost the end of the school year, wahoo! The kids don't get out until June 16th, which seems a little late. We're eagerly counting down the days until we can break free from the morning ritual of mom reminding again and again to get ready, to get ready faster, to get ready even faster.
Rayce had an end of year field trip today to the Tanasashi Coastline to hike and have lunch. We both agreed that we would miss field trips in Japan, as we are preparing for our next big adventure of moving back Stateside. The day started cloudy and a little chilly but turned out pretty beautiful with the sky dotted with rolling clouds and the green foliage, well, green!
We started at Shirahama beach.
I was sure there were people in front of us but Rayce knew all along that he and I were leading the pack and sure enough we were the first ones to reach the end of the trail. I sure love spending time with my energizer-bunny boy.
