Day at the Museum

The kids had a couple of days off for parent teacher conferences so we decided to head down to the Omaha Children's Museum. They have an exhibit right now called Itty Bitty City.

They made masks and capes, and these little cars were a hit with Rayce and Avie.

Rayce decided what he wants to be when he grows up!

Halloween Fun

Our Halloween this year was so much fun, a little cooler than the past three years but fun nonetheless. We started with Halloween sugar cookies to decorate, apparently I forgot how much my recipe makes, because oh boy we were decorating the whole night.

Then the carving of pumpkins,

The kids also had a cute costume parade and trunk or treat at their school.

Then I managed to lose my camera for most of the main event, by the time I found it Avie was the only remaining one in her costume.
