I had been casually looking for Taylor Swift concert tickets, but the problem was I didn't want to pay a fortune to go, the bigger problem was, it was a small fortune to go...even the nose-bleed section. About a week and a half out a friend of mine texts to say her husband had found seats all together for a not-too-terrible price. So we went and had a fabulous girls night out with Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. I'm not a big Taylor Swift fan, but Danielle left me deaf by the end of the night with an enormous amount of high-shrill screaming.

Avie Jo turned 4 the day after we got back from Disneyland. Is she really 4 already? Even though she has the sass of a teenager it doesn't seem like she should be 4 yet! When asked what she wanted for dinner the night of her birthday she quickly replied Chick-fil-a nuggets. So Dan picked up some nuggets on the way home and it was a living room picnic. Then came the birthday cake made by Danielle. At 4 years old this girl loves to dress up, she must be in charge...of all of us! Her voice is heard throughout our house, she makes sure she's heard. She has a tough but tender spirit. She is a natural nurturer, she loves hanging with the big kids. She is beautiful, she is so, so smart, she is our little AJ.
